We plan with the dismantling of the equipment associated with the decommissioning of "Fugen", be dismantled in order even the basics such as concrete frame. If the concrete of these have a crack in the surface layer due to aging, etc., from the possibility that radioactive material has penetrated the cracks section can not be ruled out necessarily, processing "waste not a radioactive waste (NR)" as-in order to dispose of, it is necessary to separate physically the crack site. However, when implementing the separating operation in a nuclear reactor facility, in consideration to establish a method for implementing and reasonably safe working is a problem the diffusion preventing dust which may contain radioactive material. For implementing the measures described above, the case is intended to present a challenge in the 29th Open Seminar.
